I am also a Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist, because selling a house is rarely just about selling a house. Sometimes it happens in the middle of one of the hardest chapters of someone's life, and I believe people deserve someone beside them who understands that.

Desiree Sanchez
REALTOR®, Transaction Coordinator & Showing AgentBorn in Albuquerque into a family of successful Realtors, I have deep experience navigating this market. I have lived in central Albuquerque, the Northeast Heights, the Westside, Rio Rancho, and Corrales, so I know these communities from the inside.
Alongside working with buyers, I am the team's transaction coordinator, which means I make sure our i's are dotted and our t's are crossed on every file. I am also our showing assistant, out in the field helping buyers find the right home.

My love for real estate started at 15, when I got my first job as a file clerk for a local family owned home inspection company. While other kids were deciding what they wanted to do, I already knew I wanted to be a Realtor.
I work relentlessly to make buying, selling, and investing simple for every client in all walks of life. My years in the industry gave me the knowledge and resources to guide you from loan selection all the way to closing.
I also work on the lending side with Loan Depot, so I understand both halves of a transaction and exactly what lenders require. I am part of the Homes for Heroes program, I am a mama and a wife, and I love golf and my fur babies. My random talent is that I can really sing.

REALTOR®I was raised in Albuquerque from the age of two, born to military parents who were stationed here. I have lived in every corner of Albuquerque and now call Los Lunas home.
I love the small town family feel of Los Lunas and getting involved in anything we can within the community and our church. I am a fighter for my clients, and I make sure nothing gets missed.
I love doing things with my five kids and four grandkids, especially around the holidays. Christmas is by far my favorite, and we go all out with three trees and decor throughout the house. My husband and I also love our pug puppies and raising our pug babies. I run a successful Scentsy business on the side too.
