About Tabitha

I’m Tabitha: a self-made businesswoman, Realtor, mom to two powerhouse daughters, animal lover, horse girl, connection-maker, and a woman who has learned firsthand that life can break the plan without breaking the woman.

For more than 13 years, real estate has been a huge part of my life. I built a woman-owned business from the ground up, earned ICON status with eXp Realty, and became a Certified Mentor helping newer agents learn how to build businesses of their own.

I’m also a Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist with additional training as a divorce expert, because selling a house is rarely just about selling a house. Sometimes it happens in the middle of one of the hardest chapters of someone’s life, and I believe people deserve someone beside them who understands that. I understand hard chapters. I’ve walked through divorce, and I’ve rebuilt my life and my business.

I’m passionate about helping people have the conversations we tend to avoid: estate planning, protecting the people we love, understanding what we actually own, and making sure our intentions are properly documented. If sharing what I’ve learned helps another family ask the right questions and get the right professionals involved before a crisis, then something meaningful has come from it.

Somewhere along the way I also became an author, something I’m incredibly proud of. I shared a piece of my story as a contributing author in Unshakeable: Stories of Strength and Wisdom for Young Adults, which became a bestselling and international bestselling book. And I’m not done writing.

Outside of work, I’m happiest around my daughters, my horses and my dogs, preferably somewhere outside with a coffee in hand. Give me nature, good people, a really good meal, meaningful conversation and a little dirt on my boots, and I’m pretty content.
